Meeting this Friday- April 1st

Join us for our first April Meeting! We'll wrap up our look at education and focus this month on nutrition and fitness (for mom and the whole family).

The Principal of St. Thomas school has invited us over for a school tour!

We would also like to host a healthy Easter hunt. We're asking each mom to bring 4-5 small plastic eggs (or other small containers or individually wrapped snacks) filled with a healthy snack for us to hide for the kids. Examples: carrots, pretzels, granola bites etc. Be creative!

As always, all moms and children are welcome to attend. Invite a friend!

Walk For Kids- April 10th

Join us Sunday, April 10th for the 2011 Walk for Kids.

We have a Celebrating Catholic Motherhood team registered to participate in the Walk and support Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California. This is a compeltely free, family event for a great cause. Bring your spouse, kids, neighbors and even your dog and come join us for a little family exercise!

You can sign up to join our team here and once you are signed up you will also have a personal webpage where you can make, receive and track personal donations, if you choose. The more the merrier so sign up as soon as possible!

Preschool Fair- March 12th

Moms Club of Riverside is hosting a preschool fair on March 12 from 10am-1pm at Fairmont Park. It is a free event open to anyone in the community. Over 25 local preschools have been invited to attend and share information.

International MOMS Club is a support group for all full or part time at-home mothers.

Our goals are to provide a support group for mothers who choose to stay at home to raise their children, provide a forum for topics of interest to mothers, to help children in the community and to perform at least one service project a year to help needy children.
